is there someone out there who can help with a mortgage for a person whose is on fixed income and bad credit.?
we have tried to see if we could fix our credit but we are on fixed incomes (his diablitiy, mine child support) neither one of us can work ( i stay home and take care of the boyfriend and grandson). we are raising our 4 year old grandson. we want to buy the house were in but all our money goes into paying the rent (1 st and 2 nd mortgages-landlords) so we can’t even pay extra out for anything, we barley have enough for the bills. We just need an honest person who would be willing enough to help us out.

Have you tried to make money inside the home since you are not able to work outside the home? Maybe you can find a job online or set up your own website and sell things or maybe you can sell things on e-bay and make money and use that toward repairing your credit or just wait for it all to fall off in 7 years and try to start over again.
You "fix" your credit by paying your bills on time.
Get rid of any credit cards. Turn down the heat in winter and don’t use the a/c in the summer. Get rid of cable tv, internet, cell phones, anything else that doesn’t sustain life itself.
Cut your expenses to the bone. No cigs or beer. Learn to cook so you don’t spend money on processed food. Eat less. Drive less, walk more. Buy all your stuff at yard sales and second-hand shops.
If he can’t work then have him watch the kids while you get a couple jobs.
